Woods for Wildlife

Woods for Wildlife: Conserving wildlife habitat with active forest management

Much of our wildlife call forests home, not only well-known game animals like deer and turkey, but also plants, pollinators, and  species unique to the Carolinas.  North Carolina woodland owners have a unique opportunity and desire to provide habitat for wildlife through active forest management, while delivering wood products and maintaining forest health.
